You will receive the exact creamer pictured.  Creamer measures about 4-1/4" long x 3-1/4" tall x 2-1/4" wide.  No chips or cracks, but it does have all over crazing that can be seen in the last three close-up photos.  This is an adorable creamer with a flower painted on one side and original label on the bottom.
