Vintage Mid Century Ceramic Brown Drip Glaze Bull Cow Creamer with Gold Horns 6".
This open mouthed cow creamer is unlike many I've been before. The dark brown glaze has drips of lighter brown around the body and accents of painted gold on the face, horns, and hooves. The bottom has no signs of makers marks or labels. The cow stands in a dynamic pose with its head lifted up as well as the tail which curls around as a handle. This piece stands out with the gold accents and is sure to be eye-catching on your net table spread. This piece is made from either a dark brown clay or possibly redware. It stands 5 inches tall and 6 inches long.
Condition -
This cow is being sold in pre-owned condition. There are no chips, cracks, or scratches to mention. However the gold paint has started to wear in prominent areas such as the horns, mouth, and hooves. The bottom of the hooves is ground to allow the cow to stand flat. Please refer to the posted photos to see the current condition.
